Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MidFlow during our public beta, including account access, uploaded content, credits, and acceptable use.

Last updated: March 30, 2026

1. Using MidFlow

MidFlow is a workflow-based AI media product operated for testing, evaluation, and commercial preparation. By accessing or using MidFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and you are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

2. Public beta status

MidFlow is currently offered as a public beta. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed without notice. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue capabilities, limits, storage behavior, pricing, or integrations as the product evolves.

Beta access does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, backward compatibility, or permanent retention of generated outputs, workflows, or uploaded media.

3. Accounts and access

You may need an account to access some features. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud, excessive automated usage, illegal activity, or conduct that creates risk for MidFlow, its infrastructure, or other users.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload to MidFlow, subject to the rights needed for us and our subprocessors to store, process, transmit, transform, and return that content to you as part of operating the service.

You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis necessary to upload, process, edit, and generate outputs from your content.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use MidFlow to:

  • upload or process content you do not have the right to use
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
  • create, distribute, or facilitate illegal, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful content
  • probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, or interfere with the security or stability of the service
  • attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, internal tools, or infrastructure

6. AI outputs and third-party services

MidFlow may rely on third-party infrastructure and model providers to authenticate users, store media, run workflow steps, process payments, and generate outputs. Output quality, latency, and availability may depend on those providers.

AI-generated outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for sensitive or regulated use cases. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or distributing them.

7. Credits, plans, and billing

Some MidFlow features may use credits, usage limits, or paid plans. We may adjust limits, plan entitlements, pricing, feature access, and promotional allowances over time, including during beta.

If paid features are offered, additional billing terms, checkout flows, and refund rules may apply at the point of purchase.

8. Service availability and data retention

We do not guarantee that MidFlow will always be available, secure, or error-free. We may delete inactive beta data, cached assets, temporary files, or unsupported content as part of maintenance, security, or storage management.

You should keep your own copies of important source files, workflows, and outputs.

9. Termination

You may stop using MidFlow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk to the platform, or if we discontinue the service or a beta program.

10. Disclaimers and liability

MidFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MidFlow and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MidFlow after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about these terms can be sent to founder@midflow.ai.
