Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MidFlow collects, how we use it, and how we handle your media, account data, and service activity during our public beta.

Last updated: March 30, 2026

1. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information when you use MidFlow:

  • account details such as email address, authentication identifiers, and login session metadata
  • workflow data such as saved workflows, prompts, configuration, templates used, and usage history
  • uploaded content such as images, videos, masks, previews, and generated outputs
  • technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, error logs, and security telemetry
  • billing or transaction details if paid features or credit purchases are offered

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide authentication, workflow execution, media storage, and generated outputs
  • operate, maintain, secure, debug, and improve MidFlow
  • enforce product limits, prevent abuse, and investigate fraud or policy violations
  • communicate service updates, account issues, legal notices, and support responses
  • measure usage, reliability, and product performance during beta

3. Uploaded media and generated content

MidFlow processes media and workflow inputs you provide in order to perform edits, automation, generation, and preview rendering. Depending on the workflow, files and metadata may be stored temporarily or persistently so you can reopen projects and access results.

You should not upload content unless you have the rights and lawful basis to do so. You should also avoid submitting highly sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable with that data being processed by MidFlow and its service providers.

4. Third-party providers

We use third-party providers to support core platform functionality, which may include authentication, database and storage services, payment processing, infrastructure hosting, analytics, logging, and AI or media model execution.

Those providers may process relevant information on our behalf to deliver the service. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply to the portions of the service they operate.

5. Cookies and session technologies

MidFlow may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, preserve product state, remember interface preferences, and support security or anti-abuse controls.

6. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers, professional advisors, law enforcement, regulators, or transaction counterparties when reasonably necessary to operate MidFlow, comply with law, protect rights, or prevent abuse or harm.

7. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain platform security. During beta, retention periods may change as the product evolves.

Temporary media, cached previews, logs, and inactive data may be deleted without separate notice as part of storage management, maintenance, or security operations.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted to or stored by MidFlow.

9. Your choices

You may be able to access, update, or delete certain account information through the product. You can also contact us regarding account, privacy, or data questions. We may need to retain some information for legal, security, or operational reasons.

10. International use

MidFlow and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. By using MidFlow, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
